well it finally happend.homeowners beware.many northcountry people have old plow trucks to keep their driveway open.now you have to have your old snowplow liscenced,insured have a drivers lisc.,and titled even though it doesnt leave your propert.yep.just got ticketed for it.came on my property,no warrent no reason.all the above.now its going to cost for lawyer,court fees ect.what next?break down the front door cause they feel like it?you wonder where your rights are and who's whatching over us.
